In Memory

Debbie Henderson (Gunter)

Deborah Louise Gunter, 70, of Little Rock, Arkansas was born to the late, Donald Henderson and Vivian (Davis) Henderson, on Thursday, December 24th, 1953, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She left this world and her family too soon, on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024, surrounded by those who love her.

For those who knew Debbie, they knew how big she could love someone; well of course until you crossed her. She definitely wasn’t afraid to put you in your place, but she was filled with so much life and had this spark about her that everyone couldn’t help but love. The love she had for her husband, Philip, is indescribable. She loved that man to the moon and back. She also loved her dogs, Bobby and Tamara, and the ones that have passed, Winston, Tony, and Tipper. She loved her brothers, Mark and Brad. She naturally was protective; especially when it came to her family. Her family was very important to her.

If Debbie wasn’t using her green thumb with her flowers, eating Mexican food, or at her favorite restaurant, Cheddars, then she was probably at the casino having the time of her life. Ideally, Vegas! Debbie’s presence will be deeply missed, and life will not be the same without her; but we can find some comfort that she is probably on the beach, with her toes in the sand, and singing to every song Jimmy Buffett made!

She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Mark Henderson; and her three fur babies, Winston, Tony, and Tipper.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Philip Gunter; her brother, Brad Henderson; and many other people who have crossed her path that love her and will miss her dearly.

Her celebration of life memorial will be held on Wednesday, August 14th, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.

She will be laid to rest at Pinecrest Memorial Park at a later date.
